Some mineral, but it is hard to identify in a grainy picture.

Looks like iron pyrite in quartz to me. Google has a mineral i.d. app in which you photo the specimen for an assessment. Not sure how good it is.

Here are a couple of gold in quartz and slate. If in doubt of your find,scratch it with a knife. Gold will carve like lead,pyrite and others flake or powder.
