Is Xray film worth pursuing? I thought I read where there is silver in it. I do remember when people was saving those instamatic cartridges for silver. Any estimate of the weight of film needed to make it worthwhile? Is there any difference in older film compared to newer film?

In reality, you might get about 40% of these values if you sell to a middle man. If you are lucky to live near a film refiner, you can get 60-70%, assuming there are any film refiners left after the industry pretty much switched to digital.
