I came across these pocket watches and they seem too nice to scrap, so I was wondering if anyone on the forum collects pocket watches and is interested in purchasing some. Three pocket watches are solid karat gold, while one is gold filled. They are as follow:

14k BWC Co. Watch case with a Tracy watch Co. Admiral movement. No crystal. Working condition. 85.41g with movement.

19th century Swiss 18k case. Maker unknown. Key-wind movement. Working condition. 37.57g with movement.

Roy MFG Co. 14k case with an elgin movement. Working condition. 32.94g with movement.

Elgin Warranted 25 year gold filled case with an elgin movement. Original box and original receipt included. Working condition. 62.77g with movement.

Selling the entire lot for $4700 due to the gold content, collector value, and antique value. I am open to offers and the price is negotiable.

I believe these will be worth much more as collectibles!

I am located near the Washington DC area, so if a buyer is able to meet up anywhere in the vicinity, then I'd be willing to accommodate so that the watches can be seen in person. I'd also be willing to drive if there's a reasonable driving distance, let's say within an hour drive, free of charge. If the distance isn't necessarily reasonable (i.e. greater than 1hr), then I'd be willing to drive a longer distance, but I'd charge a reasonable upfront fee for the long drive and delivery. We could do an electronic or cash payment for the purchase.

If the buyer is not able/willing to meet up, which is probably more likely, then upon receipt of electronic payment and agreement, I'd send the items via USPS, insured, with tracking and signature confirmation. If payment is received early on in the day then I'll try to send it the same day that payment is received, otherwise it'll be sent out the next business day.

I'd also be willing to make other reasonable accommodations/requests if agreed upon by both parties, as I'm pretty flexible. I hope this helps.
