Non-Chemical .999FS Stamp - where?

There's lots of these little stamps for jewelers on the internet or ebay but where can you find one a bit bigger for stamping a 2 ozt bar? Lettering about 3mm high and and 12mm long would be a good size.

What form was the artwork in that you sent them? If digital, then what format?

I don't know how their prices compare, but I found a company on FeePay that does custom stamps as well. They have a site at schrammelstamp.com.
