Acid shelf life

if a pregnant acid is left sitting will the values precipitate on their on?
I'm wondering if my day job keeps me from working on a process will
Ar or hcl-cl will still be pregnant or not?

not if nitric left in it. or an oxidizer, and it needs a precipitant to reduce the gold giving it the electrons you took away when you disolved it, or something else for the chloride to displace it from the chloride solution,
sitting does help to make precipitation easier though allowing free chlorine to gas off.
