I wouldn't buy that to make an anode basket.

Making a basket can be as easy as buying copper screen, and then forming it to fit so that you can hang it on the side of a Pyrex bread dish.

OR you can rivet together a frame with two arms on either end, long enough so that you can form them over the ends of the Pyrex Bread Dish. Use heat shrink tubing, and heat shrink them around the arms wherever they touch the Pyrex dish so that it will stick where you place it, and also so that you create a barrier in case there is electrolytic solution around the rim between anode and cathode. Then you can take copper screen, cut it to fit the bottom of your anode basket frame.

The only other part you have to worry about is the Stainless Steel cathode. With an anode basket in the middle like I am describing, you can put two stainless steel cathodes on either side. Cut away enough stainless steel so that you have a little arm you can connect a wire connector to, then run a wire from one cathode to the other so that both cathodes will be active.

This set up will work with a 12v 10amp car batter charger.

I can post pictures in a day or two when I am back home if need be.

I believe Lazer Steve sells copper mesh, or someone here does I cannot remember now. Or you can purchase from a company that sells that type of material, like this

I would say no to the stainless. I think Lazer Steve sells copper mesh on his website. Or you could check arts and crafts stores like AC Moore or Michaels.
