Base metals will suck up your aqua regia, so your question should be how much aqua regia will dissolve how much base metal, but that cannot be answered easily either as it would depend on what the base metal was.

I can see you have not been doing your homework. or you would be asking how to get rid of base metals before hand with another method like nitric acid or hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide.

Sort materials remove base metals then go for the values.

1liter Nitric acid 70% and one liter water will dissolve approximately 240 gram copper or 821 gram silver.
Nitric will dissolve the base metals but I do not have amounts, they can be calculated using their formula and moles and atomic weights from periodic table you will also have to account for gasses produced in reactions.

Aqua regia one fluid ounce of 70% HNO3 (30 mL about 2 tablespoons) and four fluid ounces of HCl (120mL about 8 tablespoons) will dissolve 0ne troy ounce of gold (31.103 grams).
But if you are dissolving base metals with your gold they will suck up aqua regia and you will have a mess to deal with,
