bioleaching of gold with thiobacillus ferrooxidans

heyy guys i need your help.. bioleaching is a very interesting process. I read a lot about other metal like koper and nickel, but I want to know more about gold bioleaching, how this Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy(AAS) is applied and how the percentage of gold is calculated
