i Was surprised about the length of the bondwires in these smal 4 side ics, the ics are 10x10x2 mm, the bondwires are +/-2,5mm.
I wanted to know the inside of these ic's because i have 450 of these and didn't want to waste time on posibly alluminium bondwires.
I disoved the plastic with wet ashing. Just one for testing.
