I successfully made a TIN Metal from stannous chloride solution by electrolysis using carbon/graphite electrodes before. But now after several attempts, I failed to make a metal out of it. A black gummy like is slowly forming. What could be the problem? 
The 1st time I did this, it was color gray that looks like needles formed and it happens so quickly
