you're already 90% there. melt dish is easy. heat it all up until you get it all into a nice, molten bead. feel free to rotate the dish with a pair of tongs, until it grabs everything and absorbs it into the bead. throw on a small dash of borax, and you're "golden". good luck and happy refining!

If your melt dish is glazed with Borax there is just hitting it with enough heat and time to let it pool together.
Pushing the blobs around until they coalesce into one.
No need for extra Borax if it is pure.
