I would recommend you avoid such a device. Anything that creates fine particles may not be in your best interest. Yes, the majority if the vapors do just that, but if you've run a tile saw, you understand that the vapors that come off the blade are not all condensed back to the reservoir---but are found widely distributed in the general area (In the past year I installed about 800 square feet of marble and slate in the house I'm building. I am well aware of the behavior of a diamond saw).
