Im not totally against DIY but I am so busy with other things that if its something I could throw a bit of money at (scrubber, hood) and to have it delivered working, id be interested what options you would suggest.

I will not be too helpful here because all of my fabrication contacts are here in the USA and, since I work with mostly commercial guys, their budgets are significantly greater than the 5-10K you mention as your budget.

But this forum is full of members who built their entire setups using DIY techniques and following instructions from threads on the forum. I am confident some of them will contribute here to get you past the construction phase.
