Nowadays a lot of things are labeled flammable but it won't even ignite on flame whether it's liquid or vapor. One good example is Formaldehyde it says it is flammable in liquid and vapor but won't ignite by exposing it to fire using a lighter until the plastic melted so I tried to use torch but nothing happens. It has a flammability rating of 2 meaning Materials must be moderately heated or exposed to relatively high ambient temperatures before they will ignite. If torch can't ignite it what will? Some other examples are the products used to clean cars. The marking says it's extremely flammable but even extinguish the fire.
