No. AR dissolves gold and it will make gold chloride. If it's Gold, it will make AR when dissolved.

This looks nothing like Gold.Holy crap is that the drop?
That'd be the biggest drop I've ever seen
All the slop is in the other dish fermenting more aqua regia
You really need to stop and start to study.Might make a sluice out of furnace filter.
Gonna straw filter tomorrow. And I've got a ton of gold stuck in the crucible I just started trying to overheat for pouring. I can test dissolving it in hot water before I consider adding it to the solution.
I like drop. Sweet.Holy crap is that the drop?

The Iron Sulfide causes it to drop. It turns the reaction green like glass when it finally forces all of the AU to precipitate. Time pressure reaction all can cause the drop, in this case the small amount of Iron contamination. I got pretty lucky there. This looks nothing like Gold.
It looks like sand and Iron salts.
Aqua Regia do not ferment.
It is made by mixing Nitric and HCl.
So how did you drop it?

It's pure gold drop with slight silver puddy content. I got that entire pyrex dried out now chalk full of mostly silver puddy and borax puddy.
In response to the moderator, a Fren showed me this straw funnel method, pic related. And apparently borax slag dissolves in boiling water., which is a big deal. Should've dissolved it and Extracted before I used acid.
Sulfides do not drop Gold, Sulfites do and one Sulfate I know of, namel Iron Sulfate. The Iron Sulfide causes it to drop. For historical reasons, I would like to see a picture of the "pot of Gold with the lid welded shut, buried in ore", please , of course.

Sulfides, Sulfites and Sulfates are totally different animals i chemistry.
How is your studies going?
The problem with hmthese ramblings is not that you don't understand what you are talking about, but someone might copy you and injure themselves.Wish. I only uncovered one goblet and one pot, both of which I melted gold in quite a bit. Earlier specimens from the earlier photos, since discovery was 4-5 years ago. Since than, I was busy with a woman, and lost, well everythingish, and those two pots + countless other equipments and materials. I've lost like 50lbs of Gold over the last 5 years no clue where it got thrown away. Entire chemistry sets. I know because of Baruch there was many of those goblets, but you gotta think. I've got a sea of ore, objects and bars buried in the sea, and I've pulled all of this gold out of like 2 substantial wholes dug into that sea. So I gotta keep refining to keep digging, keep digging to uncover more artifacts.

I suppose it would be the Sulfate than. I hadn't recognized the difference yet. Great. I added to much baking soda and made gold gasoline, now I got 4 giant Mason jars filtered funnel dripping pure crystal clear aqua regia. I'm gonna try to precipitate them with 4000mg of vitamin C and if that doesn't work try something else.
Reminder, 30% dilute sulfuric + small amounts of 35% food grade h202 instantly dissolves gold.
Have another batch of oreslag in a AR Piranha bath, should have iron sulfide in it since there was a tiny bit of iron dust in the slagoreextract. Might get green water colored precipitate reaction again, and be able to drop the next batch of AR that way. Can use HCL because Iron Sulfate + HCL =
Will say. If you get aqua regia on your skin it will burn and kill you quick. I got AR on my face and hands though and it did nothing....
One time the Apostle Paul was on a ship and it crashed. I believe the story was God told Him to go to Asia and He said no, and God crashed his ship. He was stranded on a island sitting by the fire, and the crew was like he's a sinner, he's cursed. That's why this happened. Than a poisonous snake bit Paul and he threw it in the fire. After a few minutes when he had totally ignored the poison the crew started freaking out and said THIS MANS A GOD!
If I get banned for this post remember it was dope. And this acid burns people so fast, I've seen it myself.
