I have few questions
1. From were should i start
2. Which process is good Ap or Ar
3. What type of Escrap i should look for.
4. What are metals found in Escrap

You start right here reading. And read Hokes book.

If first you do this the answers to the other questions will reveal themselves.

If you have to ask which process if better, AP or AR, you shoudl definatey read more before you procede at all. AP then HCL/Cl has its applications, as does AR.

The answers to all of your questions, with very specific examples, are all contained in the forum. Its well worth the time to read before going further. Glad I did.
