i recall in the past reading a post that laid out part for part which items contained what pgms. ive searched for quite some time with no results. does anyone else recall this list? if so will you link me?

i appreciate the help, but the list i am looking for was pictures of electronic components. transistors, capacitors... etc, and the metals they each contain.
i want to determine how feasible it would be to shear boards flush, mill the components after removing unwanted components, then processing them myself.

Such a list may be endless as manufactures are always finding cheaper ways to make components. The year each piece was made will have an influence. Such as Transistors that used to have gold may now contain none.

Also, the gold plating thickness can vary due to the different specifications of different customers.
