I just noticed from your video you are running an Italimpianti AFF-10 silver cell. I have made spreadsheets for clients to operate this system, and all of their larger systems as well, I will dig it out and post it when Mr T returns.
I also noticed from the same video the fluffy brown lumps you are referring to and to me it looks like Silver Chloride. Is there any way Hydrochloric Acid could have gotten into the tank? Do they share a common exhaust duct with aqua regia refining?
