I dont see how those type of pocket watches could be processed with a cell.

Not sure if rolled or filled can be adequately processed in a cell to get all the gold? Anyway this Ebay seller in New Jersey is advertising that he will buy the remains of pocket watch cases, AFTER they've already been reverse-electroplated to remove the gold. No idea what he pays, but it says any condition and top dollar paid. I assume that they'd be mainly copper by that point?
