Hello everyone, I've got a few questions. My questions are all one and potentially the same. If that makes any sense

1. I have a nugget that I need to refine. I was told that it had been already but I don't know that for sure. It weighs 26.24 gram.

2. Second one is a ring which I had tested and weighs 9.2 grams and is 8kt..and the stone is fake.

3. Last is a bar of melted gold plated pins, that I bought only
To see how much gold are really in these bars. This bar weighs 52.08 grams.
So any help as always is much appreciated. I'm going to attach pics.

Oh and wanted to let it be known that I didn't buy that gold bar specifically it came with other stuff that I had bought. I know it probably has almost no gold.
If I didn't buy one of those, I would probably drop it in the stock pot where it can be processed for free.

I still haven't started a stock pot nor do I know completely what it is and how it's made. And advice?
In that case it's quite obvious what the proper advice is...

Put your "gold" samples away and read Hoke's book. You should also check the library section of the forum. If you run into a term you don't understand like "stock pot" while reading (Hoke explains it well, though) do a search on the forum. If you don't find a good explanation then you ask about it.

Dave beat me to it...

Keep on those studies!
