I bought a tube type kiln last year. It is powered by 220 vac and can reach 1200 C. It's a small rectangular box about 12" x 12" x 18". The tube is about 3" dia. x 18" long. This is written on the furnace plate:

220 Volts
1 Phases
3.4 KW

Unfortunately when it arrived from Canada, via FedEx in a very well packaged box, the central tube was cracked in a complete ring inside about 4" inside the kiln and the ends were damaged as well.

As seen here:

and a close up:

The end pieces that hold the tube in place at each end were also fractured.

As seen in the front of the unit here :

and in the rear also:

and lastly a closeup of the rear:

Does anyone know how to repair this type of damage?

Is is safe to operate as is?

What material do I use to fix it or where can I get replacement parts?

Can I use the internal parts to fabricate a new kiln/furnace ?

I would really like to get it up and running one way or another.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

not sure about that kind of furnace, the insulation looks to thin in my opinion...
