Hey Richard,
I live about 5 miles south of the Gold Belt in N. Ga.; 15 driving miles from Dahlonega. I am semi retired and digging on my property. I have various pieces of detection equipment, from a blanket down to a Falcon. The Falcon, though a pin pointer, is a lot of fun. I have a crusher, several sluices, a Le Trap, and a blue bowl that I really like.
My Falcon has pulled up many non ferrous soundings. I have sent off an assay, but found it not to be precious metal. It also blows out of the blue bowl even at 100 mesh setting. Can you test this material for non ferrous metals other that pm? Or can you give me some field tests? Or advise?
