The forum could make a separate section 'how not to behave' of threads like this one and restrict timed out members to only have acces to that section for a while.

If you need privacy it is best to avoid the internet altogether. There isn’t much you can 100% hide online.

Every few years one or another of the mods starts thinking maybe it would be a good idea to prevent new members from posting for a short time so they can search and be better informed when they can post. We usually decide it isn't worth it. Then guys like this come along to sway the argument the other way.

Nobody asked him to join, nobody asked him to get testy, nobody asked him to delete his account, and his reason for deletion were his words.
