Alright all. So I took the plunge and ordered from Sean. I paid on the 23rd and received a tracking number the next day. As Kurt has indicated, Sean is shipping USPS.

Hey Andy,
Your tracking number is 9505 5101 3672 3205 5357 26

I received the package today and weighed it, approximately. It was supposed to be four pounds. By my reckoning (I weighed in multiple lots, no scale to weigh four pounds!), it was a bit over the four pounds. That is without the weight of the bags.

I do have other pics for those who are interested, these were just taken so that others can see what I've received.

Here's two pics of material. I only did a very little bit, about five tablespoons full. Forgive the lid I used  It was all I could find at the moment!

My girlfriend thinks the first pic looks like some methhead's teeth :p

A heads up to you Kurt, you're getting the exact same type of material. These aren't like ebay cons because if course this is all from ore pretty much. I'm getting it at the source, all the gold is rough edged.

Everyone who ordered from me should have theirs by Monday according to tracking numbers, you'll all be very happy. Let me know what yields are if possible.

Here is a picture of a larger piece of quartz gold from the same region I am operating in...You could literally crush out a picker, or better! I'm not counting on it but maybe someone will get lucky. If you bought my cons and have a metal detector it would be a good idea to go over them with it. Most detectors won't detect small amounts of gold, if it goes off get the crusher out!

Thanks! Looks like our man snowdog20 is on the level and doing the best he can.

I have a pile of large ore rock too, fist sized stones on average. I'm only selling the big stuff locally. A buyer came by and his wife today...She was looking at the big ore chunks and said she didn't see no gold. Then it got fun! I picked up one of the large rust-colored chunks and proceeded to bust it up. Took me about 20 mins to do it thoroughly. I let the buyer pan it out, the look on his eyes was priceless. The small stones are the same make-up folks. Also I have found good gold even in the clear quartz after crushing.

Ok all of you watching this thread, I'm going to update my offer for gold/quartz cons with a new offer. I'll still send out samples for $10, if all you want is a sample I'll do that for the rest of the season to anyone who wants to try them out for a first time.

For a sample please send $10 to the paypal address listed on the first part of this thread. That address is [email protected] lol, redundant I know!

However for those of you who have tried my cons and know what's up, here's my bulk offer.

I will send a large flat rate box of unsearched quartz gold cons for a total price of $125. This includes shipping. You will get at least 20 lbs in your box, and a tracking number. I will have a deal for canadian residents in two days.

I have about a month to get as much as I can. There is roughly 7 - 20 tons of straight ore I can get from the old-timers' piles littered about in the area I am prospecting. I have been doing random samples to ensure quality and consistency.

The biggest challenge is that ATV access is now restricted. I am literally hauling every bit of ore out on my back.

Note; Please include shipping address in all orders

I would crush this all and get rich, but I'm not set up for it. I'm crushing what samples I can with a mortar and pestle. I sold 200 + lbs of very rich gold ore to a local today. I showed him the smaller samples, they were very nice. Then his wife, was looking at some of the ore in the large bucket. She said "I see no gold". I literally picked up one of the iron oxide rocks and sat there for 20 minutes while I crushed the whole thing in my mortar and pestle. The buyer panned it. I did well, and so did he. I will take pics if requested of pan, but it looks the same as the ones that Andy posted on this thread.

PM me for any questions, thanks!

Sean - looking forward to recieving my package

You might want to put some thought into packaging 20 lb flat rate boxes - you might run into the same problem you had trying to ship your black sand cons --- the larger heavier boxes being tossed around in shipping are likely to break open making them un-deliverable

Those flate rate boxes are kinda lite duty & I can see a problem even if you bag the ore - I think you are going to come up with some sort of rigid container (milk jugs, coffee can etc) that will fit the flate rate box & then pack them tight in the box (news paper) so they don't shift in the box durring handling

Kurt

I was packing them before with 25 + lbs, I figure if kept down to 20 we should be alright. I'll use guerilla tape for packing!

All depends on the handlers! I regularly get 30-35 lb. boxes of Nome Beach sands shipped by Flat Rate and haven't had an issue. Bagged and gorilla taped sounds like it will help.

My partner and I went up to the source again today and did a lot of work. We got a lot of high grade material. Let me know how it turns out for those samples I sent out to a handful of you. If you all want smaller amounts like I sent to Andy, but bigger than a sample lb, I'll ship 4 lbs of the high grade material for $30.00. I'll include shipping in that price. This is high grade, get it while you can.

Here are some random quartz pics from today's trip...

Ok I recieved my ore from Sean yesterday (Monday) about 8 lb (quarter used for size comparison)

Two different type of material (which is ok)

The 3 stones around the penny are peices I picked out that had naked eye visible gold & the stones piled on the side of those 3 have gold seen with a 10X loop

Not bad looking ore as ore goes - it will be interesting to see how it actually pans out which I likely wont get to till this week end
