Hard metal slug / pellet = tantalum
Metal foil = aluminum
Brown to black fragile = some type of ceramic component, possibly MLCC

I'm not sure about all types of circuitboards, but if something is marked with the letter "L" (just like many capacitors being marked with a C), then it usually has copper winding inside.

Edit - added more to the sentence

hello! Some pictures added. Please help to identify , I think is not TA cap. Blu part look like ceramic, gray part it's like concrete,
Thanks in advace for all replay.

These capacitors are not Tantalum Capacitors unfortunately

The blue components in the pictures above are likely inductors.

The yellow ones are likely ceramic disc capacitors.

Dipped Tantalum capacitors are typically a dark yellow to orange color or dark blue and have a + sign on one of the legs.

Here are some great pictures and diagrams of the myriad of tantalum capacitor types:

As previously stated, the best way to find out is to cut one open, but the pictures offer a good starting point for searching.

What is the cause of the price going up and down. Just wondering. Would like to sell mine on an up swing in price.

It should be supply and demand but perhaps manipulation, who knows.
The price is moving up however.

Please tell me that there are tantalum capacitors in the photo below?

The two big flat ones reading 0.82 ohm is resistors, the five with a thin white stripe looks like diodes.
It is only the one with a thick white stripe that goes to the end of the package that I'm positive that it is a tantalum capacitor.

Take some pliers and cut them in half. The tantalum has a hard metal slug in the middle and will probably just pop the plastic off one end. The diodes will have a small glassy dark crystal that easily breaks in the center. The resistors will probably have a wire or some thin metal inside, but could have some other construction also.
