@Yggdrasil there are posts at the end of this thread that are also pertaining to the questions started here by @allen01 pgm big tx I am not near my laptop so I cannot cut those comments out and place them here for a few days. PoA, if you could do that I would appreciate it and Allen, if you could keep all of your posts about the same topic on one thread it is easier to follow.

Well it looks like I have to return the phone I just got cuz it's network locked but hopefully I'll come back with some good assays. Thank you all for letting me just troubling here. Like a blind elephant. I really do appreciate it 🙏

And please do understand. I've tried treating this kind of like the Mayans would have with what they had laying around what they had access to. A really in a prospector's position as in resources no running water, very few resources like my flux is actually powdered Gatorade but the most efficient thing I can find easily like if I was back in the day and I found a flower that had electrolytes and potassium and all those extra things I need in my flux to make sure I burn everything off. It might come with a little extra. Some food dies and whatnot but if you know what to do and how to do it it's actually kind of efficient. But you can burn everything up with it It very easily and mainly used for PGMs and it is a process. Kind of it's not your normal roast either. But proprietary
Look I know anything I'm going to have to put out. There is going to be very strange and not by the books but I'm not going to say it unless I have some sort of physical reasons to like. It's weird to say but sugar is almost more corrosive than hydrochloric acid in the right environments. Like when it's freezing it releases a lot of electrons I mean it takes longer a lot longer but I've had it tear apart stuff that hydrochloric acid couldn't all the way and sugar just completely turned it to. Well if I washed it out and let it dry it out. Talcum powder consistency look I understand. Anything I'm going to say is probably going to be really rough but I am looking for more refined answers and that's why I'm here and I'm just going to be as honest as I can be about what I've been doing no matter how it could be perceived by someone that is only tried to refine medals in a lab the fields where it started 🤯

I must admit your posts here are totally beyond my ability to comment from a recovery / refining perspective. That said, maybe we will meet again on some fantasy forum.

I think he has used lead as a collector for him pms, would it be possible to build a large cuppell, out of two different types of sand, using water spray and mallet to compact the sand, dry it thorough, apply your heat to your cuppell, and your lead should end up in the cuppell, leaving a pm bead.

The answer is no. The theory is good, but in the real world, there is a lot more to the reaction. He needs to read the book by Bugbee, free to read in our books section. Read the section on cupeling, several times, then you will start to understand the process.

I am sorry I'm just learning how to use the site. Thank you. Please understand that I've been dying to communicate with anybody about this field for a few years now and actually having somebody respond with a little bit of knowledge on what I just said and how ignorant it sounds because they understand the basics of chemistry and fire. and general torch knowled is the first time ever for me so please be patient as I refine my tech skills along this journey
Hey sorry I didn't respond sooner I have been on the site for months. Do the last 2 pictures look like the ore you started out with. I think it's silver lead gold and silica. The first 2 are gold bearing limenite roasted for 40 mins at 400 in air fryer then shocked in hot water dawn soap and lemon for at least 30 mins after. Hat process bring the gold to the surface other wise it's hidden below the surface. There is a lot of limenite around my house but not much of it is gold bearing. Luckily if you do that process you should be able to distinguish between them. Smectite is also a potential gold ore hear. I have lots of volcanic, epathermal, hydrothermal and meteorite specimens in my local alluvial gravel. I hope this helps. I also have lots of fossils with sulphides and opalized specimens. I also for some reason have llanite in the same gravel. It is some unknown mckinney llanite occurrence. Do you come across llanite in melt phase in Allen. It's like llanite that was struck by a meteorite making them in every various impactite melt phase.
