Yes. And it isn't even from the back end. :)

The name can change again depending on whether it is dry aged or smoked. For me, it's about taste so I am going to try both and decide which I like best. I will know. which one just as soon as the wife lets me know. 🤣

Day before Yesterday we had Chicken Adobo with plenty of garlic, onions, ginger and bayleaf.
Usually marinating over night in the fridge or ref as my wife call it.
Then a Kurdish mix of short fried pasta with raisins and peanuts and raw salad on the side.

Yesterday it was fried salmon with a Filipino touch with garlic, spring onion and ginger with rice.

Today it is the Children's choice, pasta with meatballs and sauce with raw vegetable salad.
So nothing fancy these days.
