Tin Chloride is Tin and Chloride.
It is a salt and not a metal so it can not be used to create Bronze.

This is one of the benefits of having boards refined at a refinery. You're paid on the copper at the full market price (less their deductions per tonne, which are not onerous) and this usually pays for all your refinery fees/transport etc.

Just go to a second hand store and buy some tin cans and plates

But in English speaking countries, tin cans are at best tin plated steel. Nowadays usually plastic covered steel cans.

Look for pewter objects.

I'm in the midwest near Cincinnati Ohio, Louisville Kentucky, and Indianapolis Indiana. About 300 miles from Chicago. I lived near Chicago in the '90s and delivered to Behr and to Handy & Harmon, toll refiners in the area. I've thought about contacting Behr again. Handy and Harmon only has an address in Singapore now that I know of. Anyway, thanks for getting back to me.
